While our farm specializes in fresh produce, we have deep respect for our local purveyors of meat and seafood. That’s why you’ll find grass-fed beef and antibiotic-free pork that’s flash-frozen or cured from Hilltown Country Smokehouse and Hilltown Pork just north of town and Hunter’s Reserve. Hudson Valley Fisheries supplies us with their excellent steelhead trout grown with no hormones or antibiotics and free of mercury, artificial dyes and microplastics.

Owners William and Alexandria Jameison use the finest green coffee beans from around the globe, ensuring fresh, delicious coffee every time. As lovers of good Italian gravy, we are thrilled to stock Grandpa Pete's Sunday Sauce. For three generations, the Serro family has been celebrating the traditions of family and food with their coveted sauces. Using the best local ingredients, each batch is slow cooked in Catskill, NY, to provide a taste of their Sicilian heritage at home. Each variety pairs perfectly with our lineup of artisan pastas from Sfoglini. We're huge fans of the roughly textured shapes they make at their factory just across the river; it makes sauces stick! Plus, they use a low-temperature, slow-dry technique that perfectly preserves the flavor and nutrients.
